At Brightlane Consulting, LLC, we’re committed to delivering measurable results through our marketing services. Your satisfaction is our priority — and we back it with a simple, fair refund policy.
Our Promise
If we fail to deliver the agreed results as outlined in your service agreement, you are eligible for one of the following:
- A full refund of your last payment,
or - A free service extension for one additional month.
This guarantee applies only when the client has fully cooperated, followed recommendations, and provided all required access and materials on time.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund or service extension:
- You must have an active service agreement or written campaign scope.
- You must notify us within 14 days of campaign end or invoice due.
- You must not have violated any terms (e.g., delayed approvals, missing logins, ad budget changes without notice, etc.).
What’s Not Covered
We do not offer refunds for:
- Delays caused by the client
- Changes in scope mid-project
- “Change of mind” after the service has started
- Platform bans, disapprovals, or shutdowns outside our control (e.g., Facebook/Google ad policy issues)
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@brightlaneconsulting.co with:
- Subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Business Name]
- Your reason for the refund
- Supporting evidence (e.g., campaign results, communication logs)
We’ll review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Final Note
We’re in this to build long-term relationships — not quick transactions. If you ever feel we’re not on track, talk to us first. We’re always willing to find a solution before it becomes a refund issue.
